I have daughter who loves to bake cakes and decorate them.

She also gets really frustrated when her masterpieces don't turn out the way she imagined. One day while she was frosting her made from scratch cake, I noticed tears coming down her face. As I looked closer to see what was going on, I saw that she was struggling with the frosting. 

Immediately, I knew what the problem was. She was using the wrong spatula! I quickly got her the proper frosting spatula, and then showed her how to use it. Done. Problem solved. No more tears. 

Having the right tool and knowing how to use it makes all the difference in how a cake (and life!) turns out. 

As a coach, it is my privilege to show teens and parents how to use the proper tools to make life easier, happier, less stressful, and enjoyable.

I believe that there is no reason to suffer unnecessarily—especially if there are simple things that can be done to make life one hundred times better. 

Whether it's frustration with friends, school, social anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, body image, or self love, I help my clients crush their anxiety and take back their control. 


How It Works

All programs are taught by Certified Life Coach, Sami Halvorsen.

The programs are set up so that each client meets with Sami for twelve sessions, one-on-one, through Zoom. Each meeting is 45 minutes.

Each client is unique, and depending on the needs and current thinking of each individual client, Sami shows them how to make the necessary changes in their brain to think new thoughts. New thoughts will lead to different feelings. Different feelings will lead to better actions and then better actions will lead to different results. 

Each client will have email access to Coach Sami during their program to support them in between coaching sessions.
